Основната цел на настоящата проектна идея е повишаване капацитета на Община Хасково за справяне с проблема, свързан със скорошното изчерпване капацитета на съществуващото депо за твърди битови отпадъци. С проекта ще се осигури планиране на развитието на екологичната инфраструктура в региона и последващо подобряване качеството на живот на населението.
