Проектът има за цел да подобри и разшири възможностите за оценка на ефектите от фондовете на ЕС с модела СИБИЛА за програмен период 2014-2020 г. и да повиши капацитета на бенефициента за оценка на въздействието от фондовете на ЕС. При постигането на посочената цел ще се подобри качеството на извършваните оценки и ще се разширят възможностите за оценка с модела. Това ще подпомогне дирекция „Икономическа и финансова политика“, Министерство на финансите при изпълнението на функциите за оценка на ефектите от усвояване на средствата от фондовете на ЕС.
