Бургас чрез разработване на средносрочен планов документ за устойчиво градско възстановяване и развитие, включващ приоритети, цели и мерки за подобряване на икономическата, социална, жилищна и околната среда и прилежащата инфраструктура за повишаване на качеството на живот и екологичните условия на определени градски територии и града като цяло.
