Чрез реализиране на настоящия проект ще се развие Звено за услуги в Домашна среда към Домашен социален патронаж-община Благоевград. Дейностите предвиждат обучен персонал да предоставя почасови услуги в домашна среда на самотно живеещи възрастни хора и хора с увреждания в община Благоевград. Това е един от начините да се преодолее социалната изолация, в която са изпаднали тези групи хора.
