Разширяване дейността на Домашен социален патронаж с разкриване на Звено за услуги в домашна среда. Чрез него обучени безработни лица ще предоставят по определен график почасови услуги на хора с увреждания и възрастни хора с ограничения или невъзможност за самообслужване. Услугите ще се договарят и предоставят в зависимост от личните потребности (установени чрез "оценка на потребностите") и предпочитания на нуждаещите се.
