Конкретна цел на проекта е да подпомогне общинската администраця на община Сапарева баня да подготви качествени и пълни инвестиционни проекти за подобряване на водния цикъл на гр. Сапарева баня. С готовия инвестиционен проект впоследствие община Сапарева баня ще кандидатства за финансиране по приоритетна ос 1 на ОП “Околна среда 2007–2013 г.” за инфраструктурен проект.
