Главната цел на проекта е да се приложи интегриран подход за решаване на проблемите във ВиК сектора на гр. Червен бряг, като реализацията му да спомогне за изграждане на устойчива система за отвеждане на отпадъчните води в гр. Червен бряг, за повишаване на качеството на съществуващите ВиК услуги и намаляване на отрицателното въздействие на заустваните отпадъчни води в р. Искър в съответствие с практиките и политиките на ЕС и в контекста на приоритетна ос 1 на ОПОС.
