Конкретна цел на проекта е да подпомогне общинската администраця на община Козлодуй да подготви качествени и пълни инвестиционни проекти за подобряване на водния цикъл на гр. Козлодуй. С готовя инвестиционен проект впоследствие община Козлодуй ще кандидатства за финансиране по приоритетна ос 1 на ОП “Околна среда 2007–2013 г.” за инфраструктурен проект.
