Основната цел на проектното предложение е да подпомогне общинската администрация в подготовката на качествен и пълен проект за ВиК мрежата на гр. Своге, включващ реконструкция и строителство на канализационната мрежа и в допълнение, където е необходимо, реконструкция на водопроводната мрежа. С този проект в последствие Община Своге ще кандидатства за финансиране по приоритетна ос 1 на ОП "Околна среда 2007-2013".
