Общата цел на проекта е постигане на ефективно управление и изпълнение на Оперативна програма „Транспорт” чрез провеждането на оценка на програмата. Извършването на оценки има за цел подобряване качеството, ефикасността, въздействието, устойчивостта и съответствието на предоставяната от ЕС помощ за изпълнението на ОПТ. Резултатите от проведената оценка ще се използват в процеса на вземане на решения при управление и изпълнение на ОПТ.
