Общата цел на проекта е да допринесе за повишаване на конкурентоспособността на Гуала Клоужърс България АД чрез предоставянето на подкрепа за внедряване на система за управление на ресурсите – ERP система и система за управление на работата с клиенти – CRM система, които да гарантират усъвършенстване на цялостната управленска, производствена и търговска дейност на компанията чрез въвеждането на подходи за ефективна организация и протичане на всички работни процеси.
