Участък от път ІІІ-8641- Рехабилитацията на третокласен  път IIІ-8641 е в съответствие с целите на ОПРР.Разглеждания участък е част от републиканската пътна мрежа и пътна артерия, свързваща курортен комплекс Пампорово с гр.Смолян.
 Участък от път ІІІ-8681- Рехабилитацията на третокласен  път IIІ-8681 е в съответствие с целите на ОПРР.Разглеждания участък е основна пътна артерия на Смолянска област ,свързваща две общини- Рудозем и Смолян.
