Основната цел на настоящото проектно предложение е: Да се подобри и модернизира здравната инфраструктура на МБАЛ Русе АД, чрез въвеждане в експлоатация на медицинско оборудване за прилагане на високотенологични болнични дейности по отношение на диагностиката и лечението на злокачествени заболявания. Повишаване конкурентоспособността на МБАЛ Русе, с оглед утвърждаването й като водещ лечебен център в област Русе и в частност в СЦР .
