Основната цел на настоящото проектно предложение е да осигури подходяща и ефективна социална инфраструктура, допринасяща за предоставяне на нов вид резидентни и съпътстващи услуги в общността, който да заменят институционалната грижа, чрез изграждане на Център за настаняване от семеен тип в община Чирпан.
