Общата цел на настоящия проект е както следва: Разработване на Интегриран план за градско възстановяване и развитие, насочен към устойчиво развитие на град Сливен като център на агломерационен ареал, чрез интегриране и координирано управление на различни финансови инструменти и секторни политики и концентрация на ресурсите в до три зони за въздействие.
