Превенция на институционализацията и социалната изолация на деца, възрастни хора с увреждания и самотно живеещи лица Специфичните цели на проектното предложение са осигуряване на качествена грижа в семейна среда на нуждаещите се от постоянно обгрижване в ежедневието си хора с увреждания, самотно живеещи и др., създаване на условия за социално включване и преодоляване на социалната изолация, както и квалифициране на безработни лица за предоставяне на услугите „Социален асистент” и „Домашен помощник”.
