The purpose of the project proposal is the modernization of the Nova Lovcha fish farm, which is owned by Aquaria-M OOD.
The owner of the dam is the Municipality of Hadzhidimovo.
Under a concession agreement with the Municipality of Hadzhidimovo, AKVARYA-M is the user/operator of the water body, with the obligation to manage the dam facilities and the right to carry out fish farming activities for a period of 25 years.
Under a lease agreement with the Municipality of Hadzhidimovo, Aquaria-M OOD uses a massive building on the bank of the dam for service premises for a period of 10 years.
The investment is aimed at improving the condition of the hydrotechnical facilities and an adjacent building, purchasing an aeration system, a motor boat with a wheelhouse. The security of the farm will be ensured by introducing a video surveillance system and the working conditions of the staff will be ensured.
