The project proposal details the concept for integrated territorial investments (ITI) "Around the Beli Lom River Basin" approved for implementation in the first stage of the procedure.
The implementation of the project proposal aims to support the development of the territory of the municipalities of Razgrad, Loznitsa and Tsar Kaloyan while contributing to the implementation of the Integrated Territorial Strategy for the Development of the North Central Planning Region (ITSR) at level 2 and the Integrated Development Plans of the Partner Municipalities (IDPs) of the three municipalities.
The territorial scope of the project proposal is related to the Beli Lom River basin and favors the development of the potentials of the three municipalities and improves their territorial and functional connectivity. The activities included in the project proposal will have a positive impact on the overall development of the region. The implementation of the planned activities creates opportunities for strengthening regional competitiveness, including the development of tourism, transport infrastructure, environmental protection and the development of culture and sports.
The partnership between the three municipalities and the implementation of an integrated approach in the project proposal promote the effective use of the region's potential.

Изграждане на дребномащабна инфраструктура за развитието на местни забележителности и атракции в Лудогорието: Настоящата дейност обхваща територии трите общини Разград, Лозница и Цар Калоян. Дейността използва интегриран подход за осъществяване на всички предвидени интервенции.
Реализирането на дейността включва следните действия:
- Организация и управление
- Възлагане на обществени поръчки за избор на изпълнители и сключване на договори
- Изпълнение на дейностите по инженеринг и строителен надзор при извършване на СМР в обектите.
- Закупуване и доставка на сцена.
- Осигуряване публичност на дейността.
Изпълнението на дейността е свързано с благоустрояването на публични пространства, създаване на възможности за пешеходно и велосипедно придвижване, създаване на места за отдих, опазване на културното наследство и развитие на екотуризъм.
