The activity subject to the current project is innovative in the field of food product production. It concerns the production of pizzas, through an innovative vending machine for the production of pizzas using Italian technology. The machine offers the production of 4 types of pizza according to original Italian recipes. The cooking time of 1 pizza is 3 minutes. The capacity of the machine is 100 pizzas per load, and the shelf life of the most perishable product is 7 days. The Business Plan assumes a sale of 25 pizzas per day, which means that the machine will be recharged about 4 days. This guarantees, even with lower consumption, the quality of the input raw materials. The vending machine has a 4G Modem for remote access to information, which makes it extremely mobile for remote service and control. The vending machine will be located in a site in the central part of Slivo Pole, where it is expected that there will be interest and popularity of the innovative product offered to the population
