"Improvement of the exit of the town of Hisarya on road III-642, direction village of Mihiltsi, Municipality of Hisarya" Road number III-642 is a third-class road, part of the Republican road network, passing entirely through the Plovdiv region and with a total length of 30.2 km.
The main objective of this proposal is to achieve harmonious unity between the road and the surrounding landscape with the help of vegetation, as well as to emphasize the approach to the town of Hisarya. The selected vegetation has a long-lasting impact, sought through evergreen, drought-resistant species. Local and foreign non-invasive ones were selected in order not to create a danger to the development and survival of the local flora. All of them correspond to the ecological conditions of the environment to the greatest extent, so as to ensure their vitality with minimal intervention.
For the development of a decorative element at the entrance, a three-dimensional inscription of colored letters, similar to the one placed in front of the early Christian basilica in the city, was carefully selected. The design solution envisages that the inscription will be sheltered in a tree-shrub group, thus the colorful effect will be enhanced by the diversity in the structure and nuances of the leaves and colors of the plants. 
Along with the landscaping activities, lighting will be carried out with LED street lights, which will be installed on hot-dip galvanized poles and consoles for street lighting.
The site represents the exit of the town of Hisarya on road III-642 towards the town of Mihiltsi, Hisarya municipality. According to the mileage of the road, the work section is from km 7+166 to km 7+963 in the direction of the town of Mihiltsi - the town of Hisarya and is located in and outside the urbanized territory of the town of Hisarya, Hisarya municipality.
