The project refers to a direction for production activities. The investment includes the production equipment necessary for the functioning of the production process of a chocolate factory of Soleo BULGARIA Ltd. The project proposal envisages the modernization of the production of healthy natural chocolate by the technology 'bean to bar' (from cocoa beans to chocolate bar): chocolate and chocolate drink / chocolate for drinking /, a food mix containing mainly cocoa beans or cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar and / or natural sweetener, dried fruits, spices and nuts, etc.
The investment project will be implemented in a newly constructed industrial building on the terrain owned by the applicant located in RLE X-503.1041, sq. 57 under the plan of the village of Kalekovets, Maritsa Municipality. The new production building is being built with its own funds in order to increase the capacity of the unique chocolate products produced both for the municipality and for the country, which will create conditions for the micro-enterprise to become more sustainable and competitive in the market where it operates. It thus directly contributes to the achievement and strengthening of the territorial competitiveness of the rural territory of the municipality of Maritza by improving the quality of life and business conditions.
