Description
The village of Staro Zhelezare is one of the settlements within the scope of the Hisarya MIG. PUBLIC READING CENTER "TODOR DRAGANOV PASHKULOV - 1928." is the cultural center of the village, which preserved and preserves the folklore, traditions, customs and people, through the self-activity of the community. 2 years ago, a project was carried out under a project of the Hisarya Ministry of Education, according to which a hall, dressing rooms and a stage were renovated in the building of the community center. A favorable and cozy environment was created for holding cultural events. Modern requirements for successful functioning require the availability of appropriate equipment - a computer, a multifunctional device, a router. Also, after the MIG renovation was carried out 2 years ago, the cultural events in the community center increased, because it became an attractive environment for cultural and mass activities. At the same time, rooms where large groups of people gather do not have adequate heating. Therefore, in the current project, air conditioners are also applied for, in order to increase the quality of life of the people of the village.
